Bullied Coaches How Do You Get A High School Expulsion Reversed?

How do you get a High School expulsion reversed? - bullied coaches

A year in high school was for pointing an air rifle to another child in the city (not shown in the school). His criminal trial is that a firearm with intent to injure someone. Basically it's a good guy and has a job and good grades. He made a miscalculation. In this case, was harassed and foolishly chose the wrong answer to give.
Ideas? ? We think that can insert your football coach or a favorite teacher in a good word for him.
He has no contact with his father and mother do not really care about him.
Anyone who has been in a similar situation?

It is a process that is against the expulsion, but usually there is a deadline for the submission. Point of thought: If he shows a BB gun to an individual, the deterrent is a real gun. There must be a consequence if there are ways it is a difficult time on the road.

The reason for the punishment at school for the incident outside the school, where he was summoned by the police and the duty of schools to the criminal activity in which the roads in the enforcement of the school system. Remember, you can select another group of parents who believe the child from a different perspective than you. They want their children are safe.

If you are a lawyer. Make sure that someone has practiced law.

You can still training in several ways:
Homeschooling 1)
Be 2) apply in a neighboring district accepted
3) goes to private school for one year
4) applies to a charter school in the region
5) Consideration of alternative schools in the region

See if you get a pro-bono lawyer to handle the matter and examine the legality of the expulsion of a pupil at a school event. Check with the ACLU
