Liquid eyeliner on my lower lids? - liquid jet black stool
I have a jet-black wet-n-wild liquid liner for the year, but is used on the upper eyelid, as a kind eye "cat." How can I use on my lower lid, without like a clown?

Liquid eyeliner on the lower eyelid can make your tears in his eyes, if you have sensitive eyes. It's probably better to use an eyeliner, waterproof kohl or their lower eyelids. If you really want to, liquid lines do not try to attempt to use a small brush head W / some liquid eyeliner on the brush tip and gradually for the lower eyelids.

A brief history ... somehow, if I have fluid in my eye and my eyeball and all trying to do is spread black, so do not use it. You can always a lighter color eyeliner. Black is not good. Tip: brown / black or brown. Sometimes the crazy colors like blue is very chic. Experiment with colors. Good luck!

Use a pencil to the lower lid, easier to discard and then with a cotton swab to bugs!
